Negligence or misuse will remain your responsibility, irrespective of insurance status.

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rented Vehicles
- You may not use the vehicle for any illegal activities or purposes. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in hazardous activities. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Use the vehicle only for its intended purpose and within the specified passenger and weight limits. Driving beyond agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Limitation of Liability in Chichester
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Chichester is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, that may arise from your use of our services.
